Noble International has received a letter from the the Nasdaq stock market saying that the auto supplier may be delisted.

The company said it had received the letter on 16 April saying Nasdaq had not received certain fees it required. Nasdaq said Noble would be delisted on 29 April unless it appealed the determination.


“The company is considering an appeal of the determination to the Nasdaq listing qualifications panel. There can be no assurance the panel will grant a request for continued listing,” Noble said.


Earlier this month, Noble International and some of its US subsidiaries filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, as a result of declining sales volumes and a frozen credit market.
