Toby Barlow has been named executive creative director for advertising agency JWT Detroit and will be moving to the motor city to head the Ford business.

He has been a key member of the Ford Boldmoves launch team.
Announcing the move, JWT said Barlow is a highly awarded creative leader with recognition from the Cannes Advertising Festival, EFFIE, One Show, Communication Arts, ANDY and San Francisco show. He worked at Chiat Day and Hal Riney before joining JWT. At Hal Riney, he worked on Saturn for nine years.
“Toby’s ability to bring real creative energy and new media thinking to every campaign he has ever worked on will be a real plus for our Ford client,” said JWT Detroit president and CEO George Rogers. “His experience on the Ford business is an asset as we continue the aggressive Boldmoves platform with the automaker’s upcoming product launches.”
