The facilities are grouped under the umbrella subsidiary Automotive Components Holdings and represent “a good business value proposition,” according to Ford’s chief operating officer for the Americas, Anne Stevens. She was speaking to Reuters at a Ford media event.


The automaker expects to take a few years to sell the facilities, and has reportedly had lots of interest from potential buyers.
