The first episode is currently available to view. Registration is required to view the films allowing Ford to engage with fans, dealers, and cynics alike, about its objectives.


Episode One sets the scene, describing the problems facing the company today, and its impact on communities in America.


As Robert Shanks, vice President and Controller, The Americas, says: “[Ford is] in trouble because we have lost touch with the consumer.”


Many executives are quoted, but Mark Fields, President of the Americas, is clearly the good-looking face that the company is aiming to promote!


The website also contains features and discussions and registered members can comment. Many of the comments to date are complimentary, praising the company for opening up.


Certainly there are plenty of people who are keen to have their say.
