Former Chrysler and Federal Mogul financial officer Kevin Clark, 48, is the new chief financial officer at Delphi and starts his new job on 12 July. Keith Stipp, who was acting CFO, remains treasurer.
Clark was most recently a founder of Liberty Lane Partners, a private-equity investment firm focused on building and improving middle-market companies. He was previously CFO of Fisher Scientific International.

Delphi chief Rodney O’Neal said: “He has a broad range of experience in senior financial management positions with global public companies both in and outside of the automotive industry, and brings extensive experience in the equity and debt capital markets.”
