Ronald Kolka is now senior vice president and chief financial officer with expanded responsibilities. He was vice president – corporate finance. The newly created CFO position adds to its reporting structure: treasury, ITM, tax and audit. Kolka will report to Nardelli.


Kim Harris Jones is vice president and chief controller. Harris Jones was previously vice president – product, procurement and cost management finance.


Laurie is vice president – corporate audit and compliance – he was director – corporate audit Americas.


Karla is vice president – product, procurement and cost management finance. He was vice president – controlling and finance DaimlerChrysler financial services Americas.


Paul Wolff is vice president and chief tax counsel. He was chief tax counsel.


Harris Jones, Macaddino, Middlebrooks and Wolff report to Kolka.
