BorgWarner has named Ronald Hundzinski as chief financial officer and James Verrier as president and chief operating officer, a newly created role, effective now.
Robin Adams is now vice chairman and remains executive vice president and chief administrative officer reporting to chairman and CEO Tim Manganello. Hundzinski reports to Adams and Verrier to Manganello.

Hundzinski, 53, has been with BorgWarner for nearly 10 years, most recently as corporate treasurer, and previously, corporate controller.
Verrier has spent 22 years with the company and was most recently president and general manager BorgWarner Morse TEC.
