BorgWarner has reported fourth quarter 2010 profit of US$0.89 per share, a new record and up 98% compared with Q4 2009. Sales were up 28% year on year, sharply higher than global vehicle production growth of approximately 4%.
Operating income was $157.4m or 10.3% of sales.
