Aston Martin Lagonda has recalled 7,256 vehicles in the US due to a seat heater issue, ConsumerAffairs reported.

The recalled vehicles are 2006-2014 Virage, BDS, V8 Vantage, V12 Vantage and DB9 models manufactured from 3 July 2006 to 5 November 2014.

In affected vehicles, the electronic control module for the front seat heaters may fail and heaters might not be turned off.

Aston Martin dealers will make repairs free of charge.
