Ukraine’s Lutsk Automobile Plant (LuAZ) produced 9,045 passenger cars in July, up some 242.5% on the same month last year, the company has said.

Lutsk-based LuAZ assembled 2,632 VAZ cars, 2,589 Kias and 3,824 Hyundais in July.
Cumulatively, LuAZ raised its car output by 80.2% year-on-year to 50,414 units in the first seven months of 2008.
