The attractive new ‘compact executive’ Rover 45 V6 is now available and on sale, it was announced today (8 August). The Rover 45 V6 has a sophisticated 2.0-litre six-cylinder engine and Steptronic transmission that creates a powerful combination of character, value and performance.
The 2.0-litre V6 is exclusively available in a four-door saloon body style, in Club and Connoisseur trim specification, which include alloy wheels, air conditioning, multiple safety features and leather seats in the Connoisseur.

Its all-alloy KV6 engine produces 150Ps of silken refinement from its 2.0-litre capacity, first introduced in the Rover 75, and provides excellent power and torque with the expected Rover attributes of smoothness and refinement. All Rover 45 V6 derivatives have the Jatco 5-speed Steptronic gearbox as standard, offering the dual personality of being able to function as a 5-speed automatic, or as a 5-speed ‘Steptronic’ semi-automatic sequential-shift manual.
In common with the other Rover model ranges, all petrol-engined Rover 45 models now have a 15,000 mile service interval, bringing greater convenience for customers as well as lower running costs. The Rover 45 V6 Club is priced at £16,095 and the Connoisseur at £17,095. These on-the-road prices include the current 10% price reduction.
