A spokesperson for MG Motor UK has told just-auto that despite revealing a forthcoming sedan to selected media in England last week, there are no plans to sell the car here.
The company’s MG3 and MG6 five-door hatchbacks are the only models sold in Britain. Each is partially assembled at the Longbridge plant. A low-roof sedan version of the existing MG5 is due to have its public debut at the Chengdu motor show in late August.
