Dealers in Reading, west and north London will be owned by Rymco UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rasamny Younis Motor in Lebanon.
Paul Atkinson has been named managing director of Rymco UK following a number of years at Inchcape Retail and Jardine Motors Group.
The Reading outlet is due to open in September.
Infiniti plans a network of around 12 dealers in the UK and will also collect and deliver customers’ cars for annual servicing within a 150 mile radius of each outlet.
The company will launch with G37 sedan, coupé and convertible models plus EX37 and FX crossovers. A larger sedan and a V6 will follow next year.
