Land Rover is reporting record sales in the UK with over 45,000 vehicles sold, 15 per cent up on the previous year. The news comes as Land Rover prepares its crucial top of the line new Range Rover – shown at the Detroit Show – for sales in Europe and North America. It is hoped that the new Range Rover will dramatically improve the Ford subsidiary’s weak financial performance.
