Former Ford chief Jacques (Jac) Nasser is to become an independent, non-executive director of UK pay television group BSkyB, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The newspaper said Nasser is one of three new directors whose appointments would be approved next month.
Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation owns 36% of the UK TV company, the Daily Telegraph added.
