Auto UK has launched 250 new websites for all 162 Fiat and Alfa Romeo dealerships.

The project is intended to encourage closer relationships between customers
and local dealers and is part of the Fiat group’s so-called ‘dealer-centric’
website strategy.

Fiat is introducing integrated links to its dealer network’s micro-sites from
new corporate sites launched last October.

These developments are part of a £32 million ($US46 million) group internet
investment over the next five years.

All dealers will be able to personalise their own sites within a common Europe-wide
corporate framework. The individual sites will provide interactive local dealer
information and services enabling customers to obtain details of new and used
cars, finance, insurance and local events and promotions.
