UK car dealer group Lookers has acquired Bristol-based braking parts distributor APEC for £9.25 million.
The deal will add £15 million to Lookers turnover and should be earnings enhancing from January, according to the Daily Telegraph, which noted that APEC will continue to trade under its own name.
