José Antonio Lopez, 38, a PSA employee for 12 years is the new after sales director based in Slough.
Most recently, Lopez spent three years as Citroën’s deputy director of after sales in his native Spain, where, the manufacturer claimed, it has been the country’s best rated for customer satisfaction.
Lopez said: “I look forward to my new position in the UK and my first priority will be to improve the quality of service received by all Citroën customers.”
Lopez replaces Arne Willerslev who held the post for five years before returning to his native Denmark.
