UK car production rose by 16.5% in July to 133,877 units. For the year to date, total output climbed 12.6% to 984,161 units. Production for export grew by 31.5% in July while home market output remained largely unchanged. From January to July output for the home market rose 2.6% with export volumes up 19.4%.
