Speaking during the Goldman Sachs Global Autos Conference in London, Fleming said the phase-out of various scrapping incentive schemes in Europe also made it difficult to estimate demand for new vehicles next year
He added that he expects General Motors’ Opel brand to remain an “important and strong competitor”.
