Sales of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Turkey rose 43.4% year-on-year in February to 31,172 units, the Automotive Distributors’ Association said on Friday.

Sales of passenger cars totaled 20,651 units while 10,521 light commercial vehicles were delivered.

Last year vehicle production fell 24% year on year to 869,953 units.
