Toyota said its affiliate in Taiwan, Kuozui Motors, had started production and sales of the Camry Hybrid.
Production began on 15 February, making the plant Toyota’s seventh hybrid-vehicle production site outside Japan. Initial annual production is set at approximately 7,000 vehicles, to supply the local market.
