Bus and truck maker Volvo reportedly has received an order for 87 city buses from ShenXin Bus of Shanghai.

Forbes.com said ShenXin is a joint venture bus operator owned by Singapore’s ComfortDelgro Corp. Ltd. and Dazhong Group of China, and the contract, whose value was not given, is for 40 12-metre (39-feet) Volvo B7R buses and 47 10.5-metre (34-feet) B6R buses for delivery later this year.
ShenXin is also planning to sign a five-year service contract with Volvo for the buses, the Swedish company said, according to Forbes.com.
