Anne Belec, currently vice president of sales operations at Volvo Car Company, will succeed Victor (Vic) Doolan as head of Volvo Cars of North America (VCNA).
Belec has held a variety of roles in brand management, marketing, and sales and service with Ford and joins VCNA on January 3. Doolan retires at the end of March.
