FinnvedenBulten says it has established a new Group executive management team, with the president and CEO as well as his colleagues starting tomorrow (1 July).

The fastening company added it was also changing its name from FinnvedenBulten to Bulten, meaning an extraordinary general meeting in the parent company is required.
