According to Reuters, ACS, whose Cobra subsidiary is one of Spain’s leading energy distributors, estimates EUR8bn will be needed over the next six years to build the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicles to be used on a widespread scale.
The builder wants to gain experience and knowlege under the industry ministry’s Cenit Verde programme to support the launch of electric cars, local reports said.
