Senior officials who represent workers at Hyundai Motor’s main union have walked out of wage negotiations, threatening strike action.

The union plans to vote on July 10 or July 11 on whether or not to go on strike unless the company offers a “positive” proposal, Reuters quotes a union official as saying.
