Longer, wider and taller than the model it replaces, the new Carens will be available for the first time in Europe with seven seats. The rear seats fold down flat into the laodspace floor when not required.
The Carens will be the fifth new Kia model to make its debut at a European motor show.
Kia’s emphasis on Europe was confirmed with the construction of a plant in Slovakia that begins production in December.
