Auto parts maker Mando Corp is seeking to raise up to USD487m from its initial public offering in May, the company has said.

Mando will offer some six million shares, set its pricing band at between 75,000 and 90,000 won per share.

The offering consists of approximately 3.9m existing shares and 2.1m new shares, it said.

Mando shares are scheduled to list on May 19.
