SOUTH KOREA: Korea Delphi to end Daewoo Motor supply boycott
Korea Delphi has decided to end a parts supply boycott that has halted production at Daewoo Motor (DM) for two weeks, according to media reports. Reports say that the company has agreed to resume parts supply to DM from Wednesday. Other DM suppliers agreed to resume supplies last week, but analysts say they were forced to resume because of their weak financial position. The dispute over late payments remains. Delphi Korea is thought to have resumed supplies for similar reasons.
