Both parties agreed to maintain the bottom line of a 5.6% rise in monthly wage but added another 1m won bonus after talks.
Workers will vote Thursday on whether to accept or reject the new contract deal.
Earlier this month workers at Hyundai Motor reject a preliminary pay deal reached between management and union leaders when some 61% of union members voted against the deal.
The proposed deal included a 5.6% rise in base salary, a one-off payment of 3m won and a bonus of 300% of monthly salary.
The company and the union also agreed to reduce working hours to 17 hours a day from 20 hours from next year but to keep production volumes.
