The first customer-ready, updated, Ranger pickup truck has come off the production line at Ford’s assembly plant in Silverton, South Africa.
The automaker had previously been verifying quality, processes and suppliers at the factory as it prepared to ramp up production of the latest version of the Ranger which is made primarily in Thailand and exported to 148 countries.
