Renault’s Revoz plant in Slovenia plans to lay off 150 employees in November due to a lower than expected rise in demand.

Automaker spokeswoman Nevenka Basek said: “Production this year will be about 10% to 15% higher than in 2014.”

In January, Revoz had projected a circa-15% rise in production this year.

At present, the company employs around 2,400 people, Reuters reported.
