The Slovenian News Digest reported that 50,214 new cars were sold in Slovenia in the period January to November 2002 but added that no comparative figures were available. Renault sold 12,965 cars for a 25.8% market share while Volkswagen sold 6,501 cars (12.9%) and Peugeot sold 5,593 cars (11.1%).
