Cooper Standard plans to expand in Serbia, the mayoral office of Sremska Mitrovica said.

Mayor Branislav Nedimovic, after a meeting with Cooper Standard country manager for Poland and Romania, Petar Gask, said the company was still considering a location for the expansion and Sremska Mitrovica was one possible location.

Cooper Standard is looking to rent a factory with an area of 7,000 sq m and will hire 300 workers with expansion possible later.
