Sales of Russia’s Taganrog Automobile Plant, or TagAZ, reached to 22,807 vehicles in the first ten months of the year – 78.5% below last year.

Of the total sales in January–October, TagAZ sold 6,751 Hyundai Accents, 5,433 Vortex Estinas, 1,373 Tagaz Road Partners, 1,312 Hyundai Elantras, 1,285 Hyundai Sonatas, 1,174 Hyundai Porters, 584 Santa Fe Classics, and 392 Hyundai County minibuses.
The plant also sold 661 Tagaz Vegas and 132 Tagaz LCs in January–October.
TagAZ has produced Hyundai vehicles under license since 2001. It started production of cars under its own brand earlier this year.
