Nikolai Sobolev , the CFO of Russian automaker Sollers, has increased his stake in the company to 0.29% from 0.14%, according to a statement from Sollers.

The company did not provide further details regarding the value of the deal.

Established in 2002, Sollers owns production facilities at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) and the Zavolzhsky Engine Plant (ZMZ), among others. Sollers produces UAZ, Isuzu, SsangYong, and Fiat vehicles.

Sollers is also in a joint venture with Ford and recently signed an agreement with Mazda to make Mazda cars in Russia’s far east.
