Russian car producer and Ford JV partner Sollers has acquired a 13.2% stake in its subsidiary UAZ from the government for RUB850.307m at an auction, thus increasing its stake to 79.27%, Russian Auction House said on Friday.
The starting price was set at RUB1.012bn with the minimal possible price set at RUB506.135m, Prime News reported.
