AvtoVAZ sold 644,048 cars in the period, up 8.4% year-on-year, after producing 638,504; IzhAvto shipped 44,163, up 6.5% (produced 44,088); GAZ sold 43,187, down 0.9% (produced 43,187); and UAZ sold 23,130, up 2.2% (produced 24,953).
CJSC Ford Motor Company, which produced 48,605 cars in the ten months, sold 44,428 cars, up 70% year-on-year; CJSC RosLada, which produced 5,597, sold 4,265 cars, down 77.3%; and CJSC Avtotor, which produced 28,548 cars, sold 29,755 cars, up 120%.
The GM-Avtovaz joint venture, which produced 39,584 cars in the period, reduced sales 1.8% year-on-year to 37,534 cars.
