Peugeot sales in Russia soared to 11,315 cars in January-September from 6,413 cars in the same period of last year, Peugeot Rus Avto, the company’s official dealer in Russia, said on Friday.

According to Prime-Tass news agency, the company’s best selling models were the 307, with 5,905 cars sold, and the 407, with 2,779 cars sold.
In 2005 Peugeot’s sales in Russia amounted to 9,251 cars, up 11.1% year on year.
