Michelin plans to spend over EUR10m in the development of truck tyre retread operations in Russia over the next few years.
It said it plans to launch such a facility at its Moscow region plant before the end of 2010. The plant, in Davydovo, produces Michelin, BFGoodrich, and Kleber brand car tyres.
