Sergei Kogogin, CEO of Russian truck maker Kamaz, has confirmed that he is prepared to become the CEO of automobile holding Rosavto, currently being created by the state-owned corporation Rostekhnologii.

Kogogin spoke to Prime-Tass at Moscow’s automobile exhibition Interavto.
State-owned corporation Rostekhnologii plans to set up the automobile holding, which will include the corporation’s 25% stake in AvtoVAZ, 37.8% stake in Kamaz, and 30% stake in diesel engine producer Avtodiesel, according to earlier reports.
Kogogin will be appointed CEO of the new holding, Rostekhnologii Deputy CEO Igor Zavyalov said earlier this week.
