OJSC GAZ established and equipped a welding area (purchasing a semi-automatic welding machine and air cleaners and installing equipment for frame transportation along the welding jigs), put into operation a phosphating treatment line and modernised the current electrophoresis treatment line.

Welding jigs and checking equipment were provided by Mitsubishi. The workers completed training in compliance with PCMA Rus quality standards; 85 additional jobs were created for the project.
