Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) at GAZ Group rose to 5.727bn rubles in January-June from 3.931bn rubles in the same period last year, the company said.

H1 sales revenue rose to 45.864bn rubles from 38.868bn, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the group said on Wednesday, according to Prime-Tass.
However, group car sales fell 6% year on year to 24,169 units while truck sales rose 25% to 11,175 units.
GAZ Group was created last year after the consolidation of some of the production assets of Russia’s major automobile holding RusPromAuto, around GAZ.
