Ford Russia and its labour union failed to reach an agreement during their recent negotiations, the union said in a statement published on the web site of the Interregional Auto Workers Union.
The union and management discussed improved working conditions, wages and fringe benefits, according to the statement cited by Prime-Tass. Earlier this month the union said it would start a strike.
