The output of Russia’s largest car manufacturer AvtoVAZ fell 3.6% year on year to 280,074 cars in January-May, the company’s press service told Prime-Tass on Monday.

The company produced 52,802 cars in May, including 15,505 Lada-110 model cars. The company exported 37,364 cars in the period. No comparisons were available.
In 2004 AvotVAZ’ output increased 2.5% on the year to 718,000 cars, the report said.
