SKRIN Newswire said that the plant will be situated close to AvtoVAZ at a site purchased from Togliatti Ovoshchevod.


The company plans to finish construction by mid- 2009 and will produce power unit suspentions, exhaust systems, and speed change systems.


The plant will be the first plant of Anvis Group in Russia.


AvtoVAZ has already placed orders for ABC for Lada Kalina and Lada Priora with the company and will make design developments of ABC for a new model of Volga Siber for GAZ, the Vedomosti newspaper reported.
