Renault has appointed João Miguel Leandro as CEO of RCI Bank and Services, effective 1 September, succeeding Bruno Kintzinger, who is retiring.
Leandro reports to Clotilde Delbos, Groupe Renault CFO and chairman of the board at RCI Bank and Services. He will also become a member of the management committee of Groupe Renault.
“I would like to thank Bruno Kintzinger for his entire career at Groupe Renault, and in particular at RCI Bank and Services,” said Delbos.
“He contributed significantly to the Group’s performance throughout his career and notably since April, 2018 as the head of RCI Bank and Services.
“João Miguel Leandro’s expertise in the finance and banking fields in France and abroad, as well as his knowledge of the businesses, offers and services in car financing, are real assets to strengthen RCI Bank and Services’ contribution to the development of the Alliance’s brands.”
Created and owned by Renault, RCI Banque is a French bank specialising in automotive financing and services for customers and dealership networks of Groupe Renault (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Renault Samsung Motors and Lada) worldwide, the Nissan Group (Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun) mainly in Europe, Brazil, Argentina and South Korea and through joint ventures in Russia and India, and Mitsubishi Motors in the Netherlands.
