Toyota and Lexus in the US will use Parkopedia to provide a new in car parking service via the Toyota Entune and Lexus Enform Apps.
This is a new service which will launch early in 2018 with information on 20m off street parking spaces across the US. It will direct users to the nearest and most convenient parking location to their chosen destination and will include information such as facility/lot name, opening hours and pricing.

Parkopedia’s CEO Eugene Tsyrklevich said: “In the era of the connected car, it is exciting to see leading OEMs such as Toyota and Lexus underlining the importance of parking by making an effort to add parking service applications even for vehicles that are already on the road.”

Parkopedia claims to be the world’s leading parking service provider and already has links to Apple, Audi, BMW, Coyote, Ford, Garmin, GM, Jaguar, Land Rover, Peugeot, Sygic, TomTom, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
