Volkswagen plans to launch its brands in Pakistan, the German Ambassador to Pakistan, Cyrill Nunn, said.
The company is in talks with prospective local partners, The Express Tribune reported.
The government wants at least one European automaker – Italian or German – to build a plant in the country in the next couple of years, Pakistan’s Board of Investment chairman, Miftah Ismail, said.
